Prof. Ali S. Huzayyin, travelled to Istanbul from 11 September to 15 September 2008, to attend the meetings of the International Steering Committee of the initiative of investigating the establishment of international transport and logistics research cooperation. Also as a member of the Steering (Scientific) Committee of the International Conference (Prospects for Research in Transport and logistics on a Regional – Global Perspective), to prepare the Scientific Programme of the Conference.
